I, Mercedes “Mercy” Cubenas, am a Lead Scenic Artist at Busch Gardens for the Howl-O-Scream Entertainment Team. I have worked as an Entertainment Technician for over three years, specializing in scenic arts.
My speed, efficiency, and problem-solving skills have allowed me to take on increasingly complex tasks with confidence, ensuring that every project I touch is completed with incredible quality in a timely manner.
Beyond my artistic talents, I have developed a well-rounded understanding of every critical aspect of the job, including installation, strike, lull, and forklift operation- along with skills such as carpentry, lighting, and audio, allowing me to take matters into my own hands to complete tasks.
